GreenPro/ S.M.A.R.T
GreenPro is an IPM certification through the National Pest Management Association endorsed by
the National Resources Defense Council. This program works to reduce the risk associated with pest
management strategies. The foundation of this program is long-term preventative practices reducing,
if not eliminating, the ability for pests to invade your facility. While this program does not provide
a list of approved products (only you and your Clark Commercial Specialist can decide that), it does
prioritize treatment strategies and application techniques to reduce the exposure of an application
without sacrificing control.
S.M.A.R.T. (Sustainable Methods and Responsible Treatments) is Clark’s approach to better pest
management. This philosophy is founded on the idea that all treatments should be based on a thorough
inspection process then followed by a tailored treatment addressing the specific situation. Each property
will vary in its pest pressures and maintenance activities; Clark will take these factors, among others,
and develop a strategy that will best fit your needs.
